As part of our community outreach, we will be collecting items for our adopted school, Cimarron Elementary. This will run until Sunday August 3rd. A list of the items needed are included in this week’s bulletin. There is a collection box in the Narthex for you to drop off these items.
The Tuesday Night Ladies’ Bible Study meets Tuesdays from 7-8:30 pm in Room 1. We are studying “Parables, the Greatest Stories Ever Told” by John White. This is a 12 week series. If you would care to join us, please do so — come and share prayer, fellowship and the love of Jesus with other sisters in Christ.
The Children’s Ministry Program will be enjoying their summer break from Memorial Day through July 6. We will resume Children in Worship July 13. Kids … enjoy the red bags of fun during worship! Watch for Vacation Bible School to arrive in July.
Nursery is available year round for children ages birth through 4. Also, there are rocking chairs available in the Narthex for your use if you need.

Join us at the Little Fox’s Summer Children’s Theater – July 12th, Saturday, matinee at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $7.00 sign up today. Remember: all ladies (married or not) feel free to join us for any event that you would like to come to.
On Sunday, July 13th please join us for breakfast after the 9:30 service. Pancakes and sausage will be served. If you have a favorite topping you enjoy on your pancakes we would love to have your bring it and share it with others. If you would like to help or have any questions please contact Kathy Scott.
The Gathering is having a yard sale and lunch July 11th and 12th from 8-2 at New Hope. We'll start accepting donations beginning tomorrow. If you have any questions, please call Gabe at 720-495-6433.
DISCOVERY CLASS. If you have questions about the ministry of New Hope, perhaps what kind of a church this is, what it means to be a Christian, what is involved in being a member of New Hope or what our denomination is all about-then the Discovery Class is for you! On Saturday morning, July 19 (9:00-1:00) you will get a chance to hear all about this church, have your questions answered and meet some great people. Interested? Just circle your name on the fellowship pad that we pass this morning and write, "Discovery Class."
As the result of congregational nominations, review by the consistory and interviews with the nominees, Robbie Desen has accepted the elder nomination and Bill Gervasi has accepted the deacon nomination. Their selection will be ratified at a congregational meeting to be held Sunday, July 20, immediately following the worship service.
We are having a drawing for a free share of food from the SHARE Colorado food co-op program at New Hope. Please feel out an entry slip in the narthex.
Volunteers needed – Children’s Ministry asks that you prayerfully consider volunteering your time and talents during Vacation Bible School. To fill all of the positions we need 45-50 adults and teenagers. There will be a training on Sunday, July 13 after the
